Dear Parent or Guardian,
Welcome to Nashville School of the Arts!!! Whether your student is returning or just beginning at NSA, we hope that 2009-2010 will be a successful school year. One of the ways that you can help your student succeed is by participating in the school's one major fundraising effort.

The Friends of NSA raise money for the school through a campaign called "INVEST in Your Child". Each family is asked to make a tax-deductible donation to the school on behalf of their child or children. These donations are used to fund specific requests from teachers and staff members that will enhance your child's educational experience. The funds are allocated to both the arts and academic classes. This is the eighth year for this program and we have seen it grow each year. Our goal is to have 100% participation in this program, so no matter what or if you are able to give, please respond on the pledge card enclosed. Without outstanding participation, we cannot go out into the community and ask for supporting funds. Friends of NSA will not ask for further contributions during the year.

Please take a moment and think about what you can give. Consider the value of the art education your child is receiving at no cost to you!!! Any size of contribution will be greatly appreciated and put to very good use. See our website for additional ways to send your contribution. Our goal is to make NSA the best school it can be!
