
NSA Presents "A Gap in Generations"
A Play in the commedia dell arte Tradition
On November 12, 2009, 26 NSA students will put on their masks and whimsical costumes to present A Gap in Generations, a farce in the style of the Italian commedia dell'arte.
The play is set in 16th century Bologna, Italy, and presents the ever-popular themes of love, re-capturing youth, and mistaken identity. John Newsom directs a cast of 26 actors and 13 production crew students. Company members are Maya Abrams, Christina Ashworth, Hannah Bobinger, Rohinni Brantley, Chloe Cappuccilli, Sonia Castelar, Roux Chanatry, Wynne Dawson, Garrett Grabois, Mollie Goforth, Julian Gonnella, Sam Habib, Dominique Hatcher, Lucious Horn, Angelique Howington, Allie Huff, Rose Hyatt, Marvin Keith, Aubrey Kremer, Dylan McCann, Markus McClain, Sergio Myers, Tranyce Parmer, Steven Patton, Anna Randolph, Belina Sengmanyvong, Nikki Smith, Amber van Parys, Christian Vargas, Nathan Wall, and Molly Wiggins.
Show times are at 7 p.m. Thursday , Saturday, November 12 through 14, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 15, in Studio 21 at NSA.
